By using the TOG Collectibles Proxy Service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Proxy Fees & Pricing We charge a flat 15% proxy fee based on the total cost of the items requested. This fee covers our time securing the item, receiving it at our Japanese warehouse, inspection, and international repackaging.

2. Custom Searches & Apparel Requests If you do not have a direct link to an item and require us to hunt it down (e.g., screenshots of clothing, rare sneakers, or unlinked items), a 1,000 JPY Search Fee applies. This fee is added to the invoice together with the proxy fee.

3. Payment Methods

• Standard Orders: Requests with direct catalog links (trading cards, gachapon, standard goods) can be paid via major credit cards, Paypal, or Wise.

• Custom/High-Risk Orders: Custom personal shopping requests, specifically apparel and unlinked items, strictly require payment via Wise (Direct Bank Transfer). PayPal is not accepted for these specific requests.

4. Sizing & Condition Disclaimer TOG Collectibles acts solely as a proxy purchasing agent, not a manufacturer or retailer. We are not responsible for sizing discrepancies on apparel (Japanese sizing often differs from Western sizing). We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for items that do not fit or have minor manufacturing defects.

5. Prohibited Items (Digital Goods) We only proxy physical merchandise. Due to Japanese digital copyright laws and platform terms of service, we cannot purchase or transfer digital-only goods, including audio files, software, or digital game codes.
