How it works

Proxy Shopping with TOG Collectibles

Welcome to the TOG Collectibles Proxy Service! We help you buy items directly from Japanese storefronts, auctions, and limited drops, and ship them straight to your door.

To ensure a smooth process and protect both parties from fluctuating shipping rates, we use a strict Two-Invoice System.

Step 1: Submit Your Request Join our official Discord server and open a support ticket. Drop the direct links to the Japanese items you want to buy (Yahoo Auctions, Mercari JP, Premium Bandai, etc.).

Step 2: Invoice #1 (The Purchase) We will calculate the cost to secure the item and send you the first invoice. This invoice must be paid immediately so we can buy the item before it sells out or the auction ends. Invoice #1 includes:

  • The exact cost of the item.

  • Domestic shipping (from the Japanese seller to our warehouse).

  • Our flat 15% Proxy Fee (Fee is discounted to 10% if paying via Wise).

Step 3: Arrival & Inspection Once your item arrives at our warehouse in Japan, we inspect it to ensure it matches the listing, securely repackage it for international transit, and weigh the final box.

Step 4: Invoice #2 (International Shipping) We will send you a second invoice for the actual international shipping cost to your country. For our European buyers, this invoice can also include your local customs taxes (DDP) so your package sails right through to your door! For Americans, we ship with Japan Post and include customs fees and tariff in the final invoice!

Step 5: Delivery Once Invoice #2 is paid, we hand your box over to the carrier (Yamato/UPS or Japan Post) and provide your tracking number in your Discord ticket.
