返品・不良品・キャンセルについて (Returns & Cancellations)

商品の性質上、および国際配送の複雑さから、発送後の返品、交換、キャンセルはお受けできません。商品が破損して到着した場合は、到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。

Due to the nature of the products and the complexities of international shipping, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an item has shipped. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
