Ordering & Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order? Our cancellation policy depends entirely on the type of item you purchased:

On-Hand / In-Stock Items: If you purchase an item that is currently in our physical inventory, you may request a cancellation only if the item has not yet been shipped. Please note that all approved pre-shipment cancellations are subject to a 10% Cancellation & Processing Fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment gateway charges and administrative costs. Once a shipping label is created, the order cannot be cancelled.

Proxy Service Items: Because we purchase these items on your behalf specifically at your request, all proxy orders are strictly final and cannot be cancelled once we have secured the item from the Japanese seller or retailer.
Q: I requested a Proxy item. How does the shipping payment work? Proxy orders require two separate payments. First, you pay for the cost of the item itself. Once the item arrives safely at our facility in Japan, we will weigh and measure the package and send you a final invoice for the international shipping costs to your country.
Q: What happens if I don't pay the final international shipping invoice for my Proxy order? Once your proxy item arrives at our facility and the final shipping invoice is sent, you have 30 days to complete the payment. If the shipping invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, the item is considered abandoned and will be forfeited to the store. No refunds will be issued for forfeited items.
Payments & Discounts
Q: Are there any ways to save on international currency conversion? Yes! We offer a 5% discount on your total order if you choose to pay using Wise (a secure, low-fee international transfer service).
Q: Do you charge sales tax? For international buyers outside of Japan, we do not charge Japanese consumption tax. However, you are responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by your home country upon the package's arrival unless stated otherwise.
How do customs, duties, and import taxes work? We offer two distinct shipping methods depending on your region and preference:

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) via Japan Post: The buyer is fully responsible for all import VAT, duties, and carrier handling fees upon delivery.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Yamato Transport / UPS: Available for our European buyers! We can calculate and pre-pay your local import VAT on Invoice #2. Your package will be delivered directly to your door with zero customs delays or surprise courier fees.
How do preorders work? Preorders use the exact same Two-Invoice system. Invoice #1 (Item + Proxy Fee) must be paid immediately so we can lock in your preorder with the Japanese manufacturer. Invoice #2 (Shipping) will be sent months later when the item actually releases and arrives at our warehouse.
What if I just have a picture of an item, but no link? We can act as your personal shopper! Open a ticket in our Discord with the photo. Please note that manual item hunting carries a 1,000 JPY upfront Search Fee, which is credited toward your final proxy fee if you decide to buy the item.
