Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. All Sales Are Final
    We do not accept returns unless an item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. While we carefully inspect all products before shipping, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly. Damaged or lost items will be replaced or refunded if a replacement is unavailable. Please double-check your order before purchasing to ensure you are certain about your selection.

  2. Unauthorized Transactions Are Fully Prosecuted
    Using an unauthorized credit card to place an order is a serious offense. If fraud is detected, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of local, international, and online laws, including reporting to relevant authorities. This also applies to disputes or chargebacks intended to avoid payment. Such actions will result in your details being reported to anti-fraud agencies and banning from future purchases. Please reach out to us first if there is any issue with your order so we can resolve it fairly.

  3. Orders Cannot Be Canceled After Submission
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled because of a change of mind or financial reasons. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item or details, contact us immediately, and we will assist you as long as the order has not shipped. Once shipped, returns or exchanges are only possible if the item is eligible and you cover shipping costs. Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. Shipping Timeline
    We aim to ship orders within 2-5 days of payment receipt. Delivery times vary depending on customs processing and the time of year. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in transit.

  5. Purchases by Minors
    Buyers under 18 must use their own credit card or have a parent/guardian place the order on their behalf. Using someone else’s card without permission is prohibited.

  6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices, and we cannot estimate them.

  7. Address Accuracy
    Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve it from the post office, you are responsible for re-shipping costs. Unclaimed packages returned to us and left unaddressed for 90 days may be considered abandoned.

  8. Order Cancellations by Us
    We reserve the right to cancel orders if the item is unavailable, the provided address is invalid, or fraudulent payment is suspected.

  9. Product Condition Descriptions
    We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all items. If you feel an item’s condition does not meet your expectations or it arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
